Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. the location was perfect as it was very close to shopping centers and restaurants. the hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and had a cozy fireplace in the lobby which added to its charm.
The downside was that the rooms were quite basic and outdated. the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.

The calmness and the service by staff and not services as facilities, the room space, the 24/7 room service and if what you ask for is not provided by hotel, they will find a way to get you what you want, this was amazing.
all TV, internet, media and communication utilities are poor, you need to get used to it and yet, wouldn't like it, value for room is too expensive while for suits when it is a real suit is acceptable, due to commercial location, you are better off in high floors starting 9th and up
